I went to the beach today got three silver quarters a silver half and three mercury dimes and a toe ring. For clad I dug three halfs 29 quarters,26 nickels.81 Pennie’s and 53 dimes and a token.

Is this on an inland lake-beach somewhere? Those coins don't look like they've spent any length of time in the salt and surf... Or do silver coins last better than clad on beaches? I haven't found any beach silver coins yet so am only familiar with clad

Nice saves man I wish my beach silvers looked that good when I dig em ! Most my silvers are wasted but did find a nice barber dime and barber half that were in good shape recently

I am in Maine. The old silver turns a purple shade hear when it’s been in the ocean for a long time
