Great year for you. I was trying for 40 but couldn't make it. More than half of mine came from a park scrap so this year it will be way less for me.

We find quite a few as we usually hunt old home sites which are just fields now. They are usually eaten up by the fertilizer but this one came out of a pasture.

Flat Indian

Flattend coin ends up being my oldest ever coin. 1886. You have to hold at correct angle to see the date.
Not sure why it was flattened but it was near (1/4 mile) railroad tracks that brought tourists to a medicinal waters resort in WV
