Shiny little doodad

Any idea what this might be? I originally thought there were holes in the ends to attach it to something like a necklace, etc, but there aren’t any holes in it. It rings up as 9-11 on the Nox.

Maybe. I can’t find any spot where it looks like something broke off. Maybe it was glued on. It’s pretty heavy and non-magnetic.
