Picked up a big ole .925 at the low tide mark today, surf was too rough to mess with in the water.  HH PI has picked up it's 2nd ring in a week.  Someone had just hit the beach before we got there and left quite a few holes in the wetsand.  Maybe they were counting on the tide to come in, but it makes us all look bad when there's a bunch of dug holes with no attempt to fill them.  I'll try and post a pic tomorrow am.

Good going Tim.. Where are you hunting out of Tim?

I try to fill holes when I come across them but sometimes there are just too many.

speaking of holes you got to watch for the ones dug by little kids, i saw a few this past weekend i know where at least 3 ft deep, 1 was at least 4ft plus, because the kid wasd standing in it an you could not even see his head till you got right up on him. these parents should fill these holes before they leave the beach.

Everyone should always fill there holes, even at the beach. I always fill mine, and I guess everyone else around here
does to,I never find any holes on the beach after other detectorists are on the beaches around my area.

Before you fill in that kids hole hit it with your detector kids love burying coins and stuff... I have found a few things that way... well when I used to dry sand.... ;)
