I think Nolucki hit the nail on the head. Awesome I.D.! I honestly didn’t think anybody would figure this one out and I never considered a coffee grinder.

I lean towards coffee grinder. Looking at one in my house right now. Yours looks like it is missing a cover that would be swung in place after beans were dropped in the bowl.
