Newbie in SW Missouri

I live in Branson. I am in the Bull creek, Merriam woods, Rockaway Beach, Forsyth, Reed Springs areas. I travel to Springfield quite often and although it is getting cold it has not stopped me from MDing. I am looking for a buddy close by to detect with. Having to travel to Springfield will not stop me. I am in need of some spots to detect. please help! I am available during the weekdays (until I pick up my son at 5:30pm), and every other weekend (when his father has him). Please reply or message me directly!!

NectarDetector you are just what I am looking for! There aren't very many detectors in our neck of the woods. I would love to! I bring my boyfriend with me because he helps me dig into the hard ground. If you know anyone else who detects maybe we can start a group!

I am from Joplin originally, and i know many people in Neosho. I don't come down often, but when I do maybe we can go relic hunting and you could show me some spots!

LOL! I am sure he will dig for both of us! He really wants to find a cache of coins and is super excited about his newfound hobbie. we share a detector, but as soon as I upgrade I am giving my Treasure Hunter Vision Pro XJ9 to him. the more the merrier!

oh wow! the original diggergirl!! thanks so much for the welcomes!! I detected in SE kansas in the Pittsburgh area a few years ago. right outside of Pittsburgh is a little town off the map called Radley KS. (not sure if there is a city limits sign). It used to have an old post office, but it got shut down forever ago. it's all country out there. I hit that post office, but never found anything, but I am sure something has to be there. If you are ever in that area you should check it out. the people who own the property had no problem letting me hit that area. so nice. if you are in Pittsburgh you can ask anyone working at a gas station and they will point you in the right direction, but will probably give you strange looks and ask you why you would go out there. It's a great place to detect!
