Not sure if you are aware that smart devices have the "desk top" option, if you select it, it allows you to view the forums just like you were on a desktop On my android you click on the 3 dots at the upper right and put a checkmark in the "desktop site" option in the drop-down menu. .Glad the new site is up and running but still not working on Tapatalk
The new forum is mobile device optimized, I really see no need for tapatalk? I just tried it on the Iphone and looks great...Glad the new site is up and running but still not working on Tapatalk
The new forum software is made to be quick & easy to use when you visit the forum on your moble device's web browser. More simply put, when you visit FMDF from your phone, it loads a version of the forum that is basically the same as the desktop version, but easier to use on a phone/tablet etc. What do you mean by "mobile device optimized)?
While I tend to agree with you, I think there are several users that find it easier to use the app. Or perhaps, they're members with several forums, and like the convenience of having all their forums in the same app to switch back & forth between. The new forum is mobile device optimized, I really see no need for tapatalk? There are 2 ways, the first is the little icon in the pic I circled, and the second is the ' Attach files' at the bottom left.It was easier to post pictures on Tapatalk...just using the paperclip. Is there an easy way to post pictures without using Tapatalk?
Go to your profile and click on the 'About' tab. The new software breaks up friends into 2 groups, people you follow and people that follow you.where do we find our friend list on the new site ?

I saved my pictures at 1200 px wide and they are roughly 500 kb. Here's an example of some of them:
