Need some help identifying this word

This is from my Mother who passed away two years ago. She wrote a personal letter to each one of us 6 boys. I can not determine what this word is.

I think you got it. humanitarian would fit the letter and his description.

My Mom raised us 6 boys on her own. This was back when collecting child support didn't happen. About a year after she passed 6 letters were found she had written to each of us boys. My Brother Larry passed from cancer last year. Each letter started the same. Here is part of mine.

Very nice that you have that in memory of your Mother.
My mother passed away unexpected and the best things I have left are recording of her I took from voicemails I recorded with an old cell phone.
