I was working on a project yesterday and noticed an old mansion from the turn of the century that was being renovated. I called my detecting buddy to let him know that there wasn't anyone on the site and he should get there ASAP since I was working. He had a good couple hours before the rain came in. He got a couple silvers, wheats, and a Buf. As luck would have it, I had to work there again this morning. This time I brought my detector. I managed 4 wheats, two V nickels, and a silver pendant from a California girls school most likely 1930's. My buddies two Mercs were nice. The 1916 is an S mint. My V nickels are 1890 & 1900.

That's one of those sites that will keep on giving for a long time. Good job on the pendant and the "V"'s. Crazy part is there are more finds to be had there and you could probably spend days there covering the area. Congrats and well done.
