Help with new layout, posting and pictures

Some folks are just logging in and finding the new layout and are a bit lost as far as how to navigate the site or post threads/pictures ect.
I thought I would post it here just in case.
To post a new thread, navigate to the forum where you want to post fist,

To post a picture/s, do this
