Harriet Tubman movie

I've seen it a couple times in older movies where they would show a closeup of a poker table. Can't remember what movies they were though.

A couple other movie scenes stick in my mind where older coins make a brief appearance. The 1987 version of The Untouchables has a scene where Frank Nitti is emptying his pockets onto a table (a little while before Kevin Costner’s Ness throws him off the building - historically inaccurate, but dramatically pleasing ;)), and for a second or two, a Standing Liberty Quarter, Walker Half, and Merc dime are all clearly visible. Also, the more recent Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them from 2016 has a scene were a man flips a Barber dime to a panhandler, and the front and back of the dime gets some pretty significant close up and detailed screen time as it flips through the air. The movie is set in 1927, so a little after production of Barbers ended, and the coin is practically mint. Maybe not super accurate, but a neat scene non-the-less!

I too enjoy watching those movies with old bar scenes or where coins may show up!
Of course they get it wrong at times I you a coin that doesn't belong!

In Titanic Jack tells Rose he made money in France drawing portraits for a dime and then Rose gives Jack what is clearly a Barber dime to "draw me like one of your French girls."
