Paper price and the real price are both in lala land drinking a Bud.I remember just a few years ago when I tried to buy silver in the $12-13 range. And there was NOT 1 company that would sell it to me. They all wanted the $18-19 range , which I refused to pay. Or they wouldn't sell any at all. Such a scam.
The "Big" companies are horrible.....over priced when they sell and pay as little as possible when YOU sell. I bought my silver at coin shows and there was plenty around. Not too long ago (2018-2019) I was buying junk 90% silver coins at 10X Face value. I bought some at a show last month (March 2023) and paid 17x face. At that time APMEX was asking around 24 times face value for 90% coins. I checked APMEX's price on 90% coins today and they're asking just over 30X face value. Ridiculous !!!!I remember just a few years ago when I tried to buy silver in the $12-13 range. And there was NOT 1 company that would sell it to me. Even my local coin shop wanted $20. I just wanted to buy a couple hundred ounces. Thought maybe I'd pay $14 , but no way. Never did buy any. Coin shows are where the best deals are. But ours here are now $15 for entry and $15 to park. Used to be free. LolThe "Big" companies are horrible.....over priced when they sell and pay as little as possible when YOU sell. The show I attend has free parking and free admission unless you want to get in early before the show starts. if that's your thing, there's a $5 fee. I wait until the fee is lifted. If you ask me, $15 just to get in is robbery, plain and simple.Even my local coin shop wanted $20. I just wanted to buy a couple hundred ounces. Thought maybe I'd pay $14 , but no way. Thanks to the Hunt Brothers trying to corner the silver market back in late 1979-early 1980 I was able to dump a lot of silver and get a lot more than I paid for it.There is a long history of Silver and Gold price manipulation. Remember the Hunt brothers?
That siren you hear is the sound of more guys diving into your goldfish bowl. I hate it. Everytime gold pops another 100 , I see 8 more guys on the beach I've never seen before. It's like 1849 all over again...I want to see gold at $350oz again. Cheap , everyone is wearing it and they don't care if they lose it.
I called the bottom on here in 2016 with a run up to $2300 over the long term. If someone buys as much land as they can is it manipulation? What about cows? Hockey cards? The only manipulation I saw were the rules that changed in the middle of the game so that one side had an unfair advantageThere is a long history of Silver and Gold price manipulation. Your right , since the Nox was released I think the number of hunters here has X-5 times...and now with the price of gold jumping it will be interesting....luckily most who hunt here have the fresh drop mentality. And the amount of gold worn now days is nothing like the old times, so there will be many disappointed souls..That siren you hear is the sound of more guys diving into your goldfish bowl. I hate it. The uncertainty in this current political cluster tells me gold should hit $2200 , possibly up to 24. Will be volatile and dips will happen when profit taking occurs. But definitely sell before the next election when we have some stability and normalcy. The price will fall. But you are part of the Florida elite. The King-Of-Miami. You don't really need the cash. Besides , how often do you get to put that chain on your neck , in your thong , prancing infront of a mirror ?So experts...when should I sell?
Sell when others are buying. So experts...when should I sell?
Now you're thinking Earl! You should keep the chain for the 8 Escudo you haven't found on your bucket list
As long as it is done legally and above board. What the Hunt brothers do that was illegal? If someone buys as much land as they can is it manipulation? What about cows? Hockey cards?
