I figured I would post some finds from the last couple weeks. We had a lot of rain last week so didn't get out as much as I would have liked and had to cut one hunt short. Found the normal silver coins and a few other fun things like an 1871 sterling pocket watch back, 1952 baseball medal, WWI National Guard collar disk, 1887 Indian head penny and some other things. Enjoy! Jason

Very nice finds indeed. Congrats on the silver coins, the silver rings, and the other artifacts. Cool National Guard pin. Sad to say I had a key just like that that fit the ignition of my 56 Ford.:rofl2: Well done.

Nice loot! Whats up with that cut merc? Some 17th century Spaniard time travel to the 40s and tried to cut cob from a merc? 😄

Good for you, I would be pleased with finding those coins, hope you find more.
too_
Thanks

Thanks! Haha, you confirmed my research on the age of the key.
More of your "6th Sense" to sniff out silver from junky parks .
Thanks Tom. Yeah, it's not easy but stuff is out there.

Thanks. Haha maybe it was a 17th century lawn mower the Spaniard was driving too to chop it.

You had a great day with all the diverse finds.... Is that an old dice? What kind of area were you hunting? Good job.

Wow, stellar finds as usual. Congrats on all the shiny and other cool finds Jason. It is amazing those pounded parks are still producing. Well done. Good luck. Mark

Thanks. Yes it's an old bakelite dice. A few of the finds like pocket watch back and collar disk came from an old lot and the rest parks.
Congrats on the assortment of goodies with a few silvers mixed into the bunch too!
Thank you!
Nice finds for sure!

Steve
Thanks!

Thanks. I think the baseball medal was my favorite too and the fact it was dated on the back made it even better.

Thanks Mark. Yes, still producing but having the think outside the box and find little areas still holding things.

You sure find the goodies and when you make a post, it's picture perfect too. Very nice hunting Jam. I like the marble, that tax token and the silvers of course. The medal is cool too - I've found two old medals with a pole vault them about them, I'll have to post those together some time.

I found the top part of that key a few years back at a beach :)

Congrats and thanks for sharing!

I knew we could count on you to find a cut coin.
Haha, you know it. Gotta dig the weird signals to find them.

Thanks, glad you like everything. Medals are fun to find and I'm sure yours are cool too. I wonder if your key was broken in the ignition?
