Got back from the doctor. He said that my health is stable. SO stable, in fact, that I can stop taking one of my medicines, and cut the dosage of another one in half! YAY ME!
As many of you know, I'm a type 2 diabetic. But my sugar has been so well controlled, that he's taking me off the Metformin completely. Well, that was a few days ago, and I've been checking my sugar twice daily and... no change! Still nicely controlled.
So I'm one happy camper!
Great News #2: Later this month, my brother and sister are coming to visit! Why is this good news? Well, we have not seen each other since 1958! That's nineteen FIFTY eight! So it's kind of a big deal! And I WILL be showing them how to metal-detect.
MORE good news: For my upcoming birthday, a friend gave me a $200 Amazon gift card! Now all I have to do is decide WHAT I wanna get with it! YAY!

They say, things happen in threes, and it is happening to you! That is such good news concerning your health. KT is diabetic, has been for nearly 20 years, Type II, and is well controlled with metformin....no need for insulin. So His Majesty understands the path you have traveled. Also very nice to get a gift card! KT hopes you spend it on one thing! KT has a Henry Rifle He is eyeing, but unless His Majesty gets a gift card, it is only wishful thinking! HA HA That is wonderful to get back together with family! You all have so much to catch up on!
