Awww, shucks. Wents and forgot to add this week's video, in which, we catch Gold Fever instead of Spring Fever. Probably because my spring break started with 9 inches of snow. Oh well, hope you enjoy. And don't forget, the Dirt Life, Gotta Love It!

It's not every hole that has silver in it, as you all know. Plus, if you want to find the butter, you got to dig those low tones. In this episode of Dirt Life Detecting, we set out to find that butter! Enjoy the first episode of this new series I'm calling "Low Tone Tuesday". And don't forget, The Dirt Life...Gotta Love It!

In this week's video we go back to the Late 1800's park that has become such a honey hole for me and we find both silver and old gold! Enjoy, and don't forget, The Dirt Life...Gotta Love It!

Put together a little reality hunt of all the targets found in a very Target Rich Environment (TRE) up against the fence of a baseball field, right next to the dugout and stands. Enjoy, and don't forget, The Dirt Life, Gotta Love It!

Do you usually not discriminate out all those trash signals?

Do you usually not discriminate out all those trash signals?
It all depends on what I want to accomplish. In this video and in this area I was kind of in "dig it all" mode hoping to score a piece of gold. Of course, scoring that gold is a real rarity. Also, wanted to dig it all to give viewers an idea of how much trash is in a trashy area like this in comparison to the good targets. I don't notch out on my detector, per se, but there are definitely times when I go into a trashy area like this and only dig the high tones. I may then go back later on and concentrate on more of the low tones if I feel I might score a nice piece of jewelry.

In this week's episode of Dirt Life Detecting we visit a variety of sites and find a variety of finds including, one of my favorites, a few Buffalo Nickels. In fact, one of the nickels found is the one I've used as the picture for my thumbnail here. Hope you enjoy the show, and don't forget, The Dirt Life...Gotta Love It!

Where do I go when I need a quick ring fix? That's right, I head straight for an elementary school. Talk about loaded with rings! In this episode I go to a new elementary school that has 3 tot lots and wood chips around the swing sets. Well, four hours of detecting later, I have 8 rings and lots of bling! Come along for the ride and, don't forget, The Dirt Life...Gotta Love It!

Got a bit behind in posting these. Here's the latest where I find 5 rings in a single median curb strip. Now how did they get there? That's a question. Enjoy the show and, don't forget, "The Dirt Life...Gotta Love It!"
