Deep seeking detector

I live in Connecticut and seeking a detector to search six feet down for buried treasures and seeking on advice to buy a new one. I have a great lead and am sure that the treasures is there.

Six feet is quite the reach. To my knowledge there is no standard handheld detector other than a two-box detector or GPR that will reach that depth. Good luck on your hunt.

Hopefully the treasure is the size of a Buick to hit it at 6 feet. You might want to check backhoe rental prices too.

Don’t think I want to detect that deep. Might find myself after I die. Or someone else.

Google a Whites TM 808. I used to have one. But sold it to someone hunting meteorites. You can find them on fleabay sometimes.

Scroll to the bottom of this page. Adding the Treasurehound Eagle Eye option multiplies the depth of the GTI 2500 by 2x. Not sure if it can detect at 6 feet or more but with a large enough target maybe?

You better hope whatever it is you are after is buried in something as big as a 1956 Buick at 6 foot for you to be able to get a decent signal

My good members, Have ever heard of backhoes?

At 6 feet no metal detector is going to find it. You would need ground penetrating radar

What about them ? They are a powered shovel, not a detector.

Just drill a six foot hole at suspected spot and poke at it with six ft pole. If it thumps, you have x marks the spot!!!!!

Very true, a back hoe can remove a few feet of dirt, then use a detector, and keep going.
