Our son recently retired from the Royal Navy after a career spanning 37 years. (4th generation military)
He eventually sold his house in the UK and moved to Cyprus. Many years ago I also served in Cyprus, twice.
We went out recently to visit him.
Going into a small local museum I spotted these artillery pieces.
The breech interestingly has Arabic writing on the even though they are German.
