My son and I have found some time and got back to our spot. Here are some finds. Not sure what everything is, but enjoy!

Thank you! We have access to a 26 acre property. It is next to a historical site. We are starting to wonder if our funds might be related to it. We are getting overwhelmed with old nails and pieces of wire though!

How long have you guys been metal detecting??? If you're learning a new machine you're doing it right! Dig everything that beeps and pay attention to the sounds, the size of the tone (if that makes sense lol) and the numbers. Eventually you'll be able to weed out the less desirable targets and get straight to the good stuff!

We have only been doing it together for a month on and off. Between school, work, and everything else we don't get out as much as we want to. We still have a blast doing it. It's just a cheap machine I won in a storage auction. I used to have a metal detector as a kid and loved it.

Thank you! We are excited. It's also helping teach my son about responsibilities. Have to get chores done before we go metal detecting. Every day when he gets home from school that's the first question out of his mouth
