Detecting a grassy lot that adjoins a high school site (school was there @1920-late 1970s) mostly just after clad as I have found very few items with age. But this was pretty deep, think it was around a 20 on the Nox, and doesn't look like anything recent, maybe pre-WWII?. I don't know if the 4 bentover corners are the way it was, or if it got stepped on/run over and bent them back as they were pressed into the dirt. Info and opinions are welcome. Photographed still wet from taking a soak. The pin part seems intact, unlike most brooches I have found.
