Hi Guys and Gals, just thought I'd join and give y'all an update on Kirby. One of the businesses he broke into is owned by my brother-in-law.

The county attorney has worked a plea deal from Kirby and combined all 6 felonies. He will do "X" years probation,(haven't heard the final amount yet), and will have to pay restitution to all 6 businesses plus court costs and fines.

As of this morning, he is still in Hardin County Detention Center. He is just waiting for his scheduled sentencing hearing, then he's a free man again.

Anyone scammed by him should contact the County Attorney, to make sure they are aware of his internet activities before he gets released:

You should also hurry, so the DA can put further restriction on his release (no internet access). Seems like a little thing, but violating his probation, would be a new charge, as well as he gets to do some of the prison time he's avoiding with his deal. His deal, means he pleads guilty to those charges, that sentence remains, until he completes the terms of his deal.

Don't think he will be able to honor his deal, any better than his internet deals. Most likely, he's going on the run, in which case, most states won't pay extradition for a burglar. Now, if had some federal charges, he'd have to leave the country...
 
What a shame

It seems that there is always 1 joker that makes the rest of us have to leave "Mayberry" to the streets of New York. Miss when you could shake a hand and deal was made...

Has anyone tried to call that reporter from that news station? Perhaps, they would like to do a public service piece on how to not get scammed on the internet or something to that effect.

Is this guy really free of all the scams and ripping off our fellow forum members?

he is going to do this again and I am sure he's reading the posts.
 
That "formal" picture is hilarious, untied shoes, sunglasses in pocket, but at least he shaved his head and eyebrows :lol: What happened to the guy posting a few days ago about "alternate" I.D's. That was surely some type of fraud. But it's gone now ?
