well got out again today as i do every day it dosen rain lol. and found a neat find nothing special but still neat. its a token which on one side it say"loaned for amusement only " and on the back side i guess says property of ok vendor. did sone looking around and found that ,yes , OK vendor is out of oklahoma and the token dates back to between 1920 and 1936 . although nothing great still made me feel good about my new buddy "the token since its the second one i have found. but first with the explorer. the only thing i cant figure out is what was it doing in an old farming field? heres a pick i got off ebay mine looks just like it

on ebay they want like 4 or 5 dollars nothing big .most likley very common. just happy to add it to my collection. and like i said didnt expect it to be in a field ,since i think it is like some kind of game token not sure if they had pac-man in the 20's :lol: just never thought they would have a fair in this feild. been finding some farm type things mostly."ox shoes agricultural type metals like a spray nozel. hey as long as theres some thing in that ground ill keep hunting it. thanks for your input joshua in NH

Hey Bug,
Anything that old is AWESOME, I don't care if it is only worth $5.00, it rocks!! One of my first old find, is a Kansas 1 cent sales tax token, worth $3.00, but at least, a 100 other hunters over the last 20 years passed it buy, not me!!!!!It was at 8" and I love it!!

well that is the pic i got from ebay mine looks just like that and is much cleaner thanks for all the positive responces . i feel lucky to have found this token since the area i hunt is pounded by many detectorist from the area also have made many new freinds in the feild so i guss im lucky both ways . i clean my old and new coins that are not worth much with a dremel tool with the fine metal brush makes um look almost new ....except for the microscope scrathes im sure it leaves but hey i cant see that good ..
