Looks like I need some help identifying what this is. I found it at an early 1900's house so that should give you some idea of a time frame.

OD...
What's the dimentions? (exceptional find, BTW. Looks like Columbus)

Man, I can't find anything even CLOSE to that. A visored helm without a chin guard is rare, evidently. It's naggingly familiar, though...

The dimensions are something like 1" wide and 1.5" tall. There's nothing on the back. This, like my military pin that I can't find, are stumping me.

When I saw it, it reminded me of an inset on a ring. Do you think it's too big for that?

Yeah, it's a little too big for that. It tickles the back of my mind that I've seen something like this before, but I really can't remember where. Someplace old...bah!

I don't think it's a game piece. I'm going to have to go to some museums.

Looks Greek or Roman in nature to me. Knights would have had more of an English look to the armor I think, and the shoulders look more like what I've seen in history books on ancient combat. I think the key may be the ridge on the helmet at the top. For whatever reaon, that looks Greek to me.

I think the person that lived in the house may have been in some type of naval service. I also found a button with an anchor on it about 10 feet from the "knight".

I don't think anyone can find anything to counter act Craig's evil token
