Thanks guys so much for reading and responding! It really seems like my perseverance and taking the time to compartmentalize and grid out my hunt sites has paid dividends. Alot of my best finds have come in seemingly low traffic zones.
UPDATE: I have been very gently brushing the LC intermittently while it soaks in the olive oil and gradually more and more detail is coming out, and it is a Coronet Head style Large Cent my third ever! This style LC was minted between 1816 and 1839 so hopefully the corrosion will release nicely and leave some details.
