Another good day at the Royal Castle as 5 shiny 64 Kens were awaiting KT in the Royal Mail Box this morning!
KT brought them in, and off to the Royal Baths while their clothes were being washed and pressed. Then a Royal Lunch as the kitchen chefs prepared and served us Mexican Food, fajitas and cheese dip and chips along with fruit punch to wash it all down. KT then escorted these five Kens to the Royal Courtyard as the weather had moderated from the cold of the past few days, and we sat in the sun and enjoyed our conversations. These men, all bachelors, had retired from the trades, 2 worked in HVAC, 2 were plumbers and 1 was an electrician. They knew each other, having worked on a variety of jobs together, and decided to just travel around together after retirement. KT thought how handy it would be to have these skilled tradesmen living in the Royal Castle, to supervise portions of the Royal Staff.
They were happy to have the offer and decided to explore a bit of the local countryside before giving His Majesty their decision. So, after their picture was taken, KT sent them off with one of the Royal Coaches for a day about the Kingdom. After arriving back to the Castle in a few hours, they said they would be happy to take those positions, so KT showed them to their Royal Quarters. After a Royal Banquet in their honor tonight, His Majesty will discuss their duties and what they would receive in return for their service to the King.
Presently they are deciding on the décor of their rooms, etc., with the Royal Decorator!
Below is their group picture for KT’s Royal Album! Enjoy!
