Amazing finds Doug! The Tudor spoon top is really nice and the ring is amazing. Love seeing the range of finds you post. I missed my trip to the UK this year but looking forward to a fall trip to Essex.

The spoon terminal will be declared possible treasure under the current legislation due to the silver content.
I have 'declared' it online and once we get through the issue of the virus problem it will be handed in to the local museum.

The image on the seal ring bears a close resemblance to the Clan MacRae crest, I wonder if it could be related. Smashing finds!

Yes I was aware it may have been Clan Macrea livery seal ring
I have contacted Clan Macrae in Scotland to try and see if there is a link between the ring and The Clan.
