Why does Garrett not stop this

I can see why Garret cannot stop the chinese, but certainly they can file an action against eBay.

Am I missing something here?

I understand what you are saying and until the beast is starved, Gov stops making money from them and we as consumers only buy Made in America products, nothing will change. Even on the popular selling platforms, if it's not even shipped from America, don't buy it and slowly this will turn around.

I won't go any deeper into this.

I saw a guy who supposedly was selling the Garrett pro Pointer AT on E-Prey for $29.99. I forwarded the page to Garrett. Got a nice thank you from them. It took a couple days but the guy was shut down. Of course he sold 98 Nothings to people who thought they were getting a real deal. Now the buyers are wondering what happened. It is a constant battle with most manufacturers and ties up a lot of man hours trying to fight the fakes.
