Who likes photography

great photos. I bought a lens extender and going to see if I like macro photography. Using a Digital Rebel, EOS. Would prefer a camera where could view through display, but cannot afford that. Just bought a new CTX3030 last November.

Interesting clouds tonight. I don’t have a real camera, just an iPhone.

Nice photo.

Great captures! I’ve been a photographer since I was about 8 years old (I run photosbybrent.com today), but wildlife photography usually eludes me. I try to get out once or twice a year for the express purpose of doing wildlife or landscape photos, but more often I find wildlife while I’m out detecting. I really like doing beaches in late fall at low tide if that coincides with dawn so I can be the only one on the beach. On the days I don’t get any good finds, I usually make “friends” with the wildlife. I have found a few lobsters, an octopus, dozens of moon snails, and a bunch snakes who didn’t at all care for being picked up.

How about spiders,everyone likes spiders.
I discovered and fell in love with jumping spiders just last year. As it turned out, I happen to live in a place that has some of the biggest and most beautiful jumping spiders, the Regal . At one point, I had about 25 each in their own habitat. A couple of the females laid egg sacs. Then I had hundreds of babies jumping spiders. They started to escape from the enclosures. I’ve got a bunch living in my house now. I got a bunch in my yard. They’re so cool. I still have the first one that I found. A male that looks just like the one in your photo. Check out the happy face on his back. 😀These things actually have personality. He definitely recognizes me when I walk into the room.

I love the shot of the killdeer giving you the injured-and-vulnerable act to get you away from the nest.
