I JUST GOT BACK FROM GETTING IT APPRAISED! THEY TOOKED AT IT REALLY QUICK AND SAID A FEW PRONGS NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN SHE SAID I COULD GET $1200 FOR IT! I wonder if I fix it what would it be worth then...
