UPDATE on KingTotsalot's health situation 8/22/12

Ok fellow MDers, KT knows a lot of you have been wondering....when is His Majesty taking that PET Scan and when will He know the results?!?

Here's what the Doc told KT today....She said, "I expect you will be finished up with this 6th treatment today. However, I cannot be 100% with that until I get the results of the Scan."

So, here is KT's Royal Schedule......Sept. 7, 2012 He takes the PET Scan starting at 10:30 am. at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock , then on Sept. 12, He shows up at the Clinic per His normal 3-week schedule for a Doctor Consult at 10:30 am. Depending on the PET Scan results KT will either be cut free and scheduled to have the port removed as out-patient surgery, or He will take 2 more treatments...one that day and one 3 weeks from then...then He will be cut free and have the port scheduled to be removed.

All We know at this point is He might be finished right now or He might be 3/4 finished....now you know as much as His Majesty!

Either way, KT is on the downhill slope of the treatment! He will keep you posted with further developments as Royal Edicts as they come to His Majesty's attention!

He will tell you He cannot wait (but KT knows He gotta...darn it!) to get back to riding the Royal Motorcycle and doing some metal detecting! Have to wait about 2 weeks after the port is removed to be able to do either...looks like by then the cooler weather may be upon us...so much the better for doing both!

Thank you all! Yep it will be an interesting 3 weeks coming up....Got PennyFinder coming down for a short visit while she apartment hunts next week...gonna take her and her friend out to lunch...then got that test, and of course the downer low energy days by the end of next week...if things go per normal they are going to worse than they were this last cycle as the chemo effects are cumulative...best way to describe it is like a declining signwave graph...the deeper into the treatments, the lower the peak of the energy curve, until it ends and then as the poisons gradually leave the body, then the energy curve slowly comes back up until you get back to where you were....6 to 8 months later!

And the hair...its slowly coming back...quit shaving my head 3 weeks ago, am letting it grow till Christmas, then will see what it looks like...if The King ain't happy with it, its back to the skinhead look! Will have to take up the Royal Crown a notch or two.

KT, Iam prayin for you and hope the energy dosnt drop to bad and you can start getting the dust wiped off the detector and make sure batteries are charged and ready to go and all the accesories are in order, I see it being put to use real soon. Its very nice that penny is going to visit. Iam sure alott of us if would of been closer would of done the same. Iam heading out right now for a low tide hunt with clearwatermike and hopefully a evening lowtide with imalookin2. good luck, thoughts and prayers to ya.....cliff.
