I have video of the location he’s poking with the stick and he appears to be poking up under a small rock ledge. I suspect he’s just one of the dozens of curious people who’ve visited the site over the years.
Yeah he's got PA Governor involved just like he has the US Senate! (worth a double eye roll!)My takeaway is vastly different. 6 years post dig, my takeaway was that Plaintiff hasn't secured a show, wasn't granted permission to dig at his other sites by the DCNR and has no further evidence to support any of his claims. My main takeaway is that the jig is all but up.
Plaintiff has stated for several years now that he's been trying to get the DCNR to allow him to work other sites around the area but buried in his latest response, is the tacit admission that none of these other digs on PA DCNR land will ever be taking place:

Sounds like the site i visited with them on top of a hill not far from Dent's run. They claimed it was a vortex, and used the sandstone outcrop around it as evidence. Saying it looks like water ran down a certain area. To me it looked like every other glacial sandstone deposite in that area of PA. With this they also claimed it was a Native American quarry due to some larger rectangular rocks. But ignored the 1800s stacked stone chimney just down the hill from it. Then get this, they claimed there is a underground KGC vault next to that chimney. It was like talking in circles with them. There was a big flat stone with a groove in it, claimed must be an alter for human sacrifices where the blood ran down the groove to be collected in a cup. A large several ton sandstone Boulder very vaguely shaped like an arrow head, claimed it was carved by natives. It was a wild experience hearing these tall tales...and made me certain they had no idea what they were talking about. Just plain ignored the well documented geology of the area, and filled it in with their imagination.I'm sure they sent Shapiro an e-mail.
Just them sending an e-mail also can be defined as "working with" or "getting involved" in their convoluted sense of reality.
They just keep throwing things at the wall hoping something somewhere sticks long enough to get them a TV show to fulfill their dreams.
Not too long ago they were claiming Dents Run was somehow tied into a private site they located in Emporium that had ties to Blackbeard .....not Edward Teach the other less famous one.
This story never advanced real far and I'm sure the landowner didn't take long to figure out these guys are nothing but liars and hoaxers.
Problem is when they tell a private landowner they have a great treasure on their property they want to dig it up.....this is why they got kicked off the former Joan Harris property.
So back to public land where they can stay in their fantasy world of discovering fantastic things but never being able to dig them up.......the problem here is no one is ever going to green light a tv about a treasure hunt when you are not able to even try and uncover it.
Templars,Vikings,2 exact replicas of Stonehenge and an actual FBI dig have all failed to deliver their coveted tv show so now they have moved onto a Civil War angle to try and get a TV show.
They won't stop coming up with stories but their credibility is completely shot now with just a small amount of research......and why this very thread is very important in providing a fact based discussion of their fairy tales. That is avalible for people to read that are looking for the real truth.
You can bet both Kem and Dennis have read every post on here and it drives them crazy......but they can't respond without being able to moderate or control the content because their stories can't stand up when openly and freely debated.
I once had a multi post argument on a forum after they posted that water ran uphill to the top of a mountain then shot out of a hole in a rock high into the air.......they actually posted this and shows that their findings can sometines be debunked by basic laws of physics.
Until Dennis runs out of money this charade never ends.

I try to treat everyone with respect if I can help it. Plus you know, best not to laugh and insult someone when you are alone in the middle of nowhere a couple hours from any real help. Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention a few things, they claimed there was a magnetic anomaly there that was messing with their compass. I asked them to show me and turns out all their previous readings were due to human error using a compass. They were trying to claim some sort of line with the rocks for the sun like at stone henge. Once I showed them with a compass and my phone matching that their was no way, they jumped to talking about something else. Even if both the phone and compass were off, the lines still didn't match up with the sun for the solstice or whatever else they kept shifting around to. Was really easy to hop online and look up the suns position for that day and figure out where it would rise during the event.Tpmetal.....yes it was that site.
How did you keep from laughing?
The Native Americans gathered from everywhere to watch the water shoot out of a rock on the summer solstice......my favorite story from this find was the big rock the chief hid under and pretended he was the Sun God while speaking to thousands of Indians.
They do have an above average imagination......I will give them that much.
...and will this be just another empty threat?!? Check back in 2 weeks!Posted just today. I guess this means the alleged gag order from their attorney is off?!

No idea why, but I read this in my head with the oak island voice...and will this be just another empty threat?!? Check back in 2 weeks!
Would be interesting, Harrisburg is only a few hours from me. But somehow I don't see him calling on anyone for questions unless they are part of a news crew.Would someone be so kind to post over there: 1. Will the public be able to attend, if so when and where? 2. Will they be fielding questions from the audience?
