welp only a few more hours left in this thing and I would like to take this time to thank each of you for making this thing go so smooth. the best part of this contest is the fact that so many of you have made new friends and got a little more motivation to go out and enjoy this wonderful hobby..it is very rare to put something like this together and have no problems with folks getting along. and a special thanks to you Tinky for keeping up with the score board...even if he did mess up every now and then:lol:;) it really made my job much easier.thanks buddy and when you get a chance contact me as I have something for you for helping me out. we will try and get the winners names up for the drawing within the next couple of days...will most likely pick names tomorrow sometime and hopefully have it done with by tomorrow evening. remember if you entered the drawing but did not enter the dirt fishing contest I need you to pick a number and post that number in the threads that I made a sticky in both the general hobby thread and in the contest thread. I think we are still missing 2-3 people,if you dont submit your number by midnight tonight you will get left overs so dont miss out.

Thanks and Kudos to both Kris and Jake for an outstanding job throughout the entire contest and keeping everything running smoothly. I had a blast and can't wait for the next contest---- next year hopefully..

Yah had me digging the cents for points - 1,221 of them so far and heading across the street for one last gasp. Oh the joy of digging up yet another cent :lol:

Been A Blast Everyone! I Definately Dug Alot Of Signals During This Contest And I Beleive This Contest Helped Me Become A Better Detectorist.i Would Like To Thank Everyone Who Particiapated And Especially The People Who Donated Prizes.my hunting partner BRUCE who i think since this started has drastically improved on his hunting skills.not to mention a much needed upgrade to a WHITE'S machine:lol:sorry garrett,minelab,bounty hunter users but white's is still the best in my book.;)extra Special Thanks To Kris-relichound & Jake-tinky Whom This Might Not Have Been Possible.you Both Worked Hard And It Shows.and Of Course To Vlad & Carol For Having The Best Forum On The Net!

Good race to the end!!! Enjoyed it and thanks to relichound and tinky for everything. I had fun and made a lot of new friends. This was good for this forum and was a excellent idea.

The boys in TN enjoyed meeting you as well I had a great time with your pranks. Hope they do t stop with the contest. We should have a page for best gotcha prank
 
Thanks to everyone who helped put this together. I'm now addicted to Md'ing and just made the plunge to a new MXT. To bad I'm getting it now and not while the contest was on. I wasn't sure if the hobby was for me before, but now that I've been out more I'm definitely hooked. Thanks again for all the hard work in getting things to run smoothly. Probably the best 5.00 I have spent on the hobby so far:lol:
