Stavr scoop

I have an M9 an M10 and two 2.2 models

The 2.2 is the one I use most often because it is really strong yet pretty light and it is the perfect scoop to bring to an area you haven't seen before and don't know what to expect. My 2.2 has handled everything from fist sized granite rocks to fine sand.

is it just me??

Strength \ separation \ weight of the model are located as follows:
-maximum strength \ minimum separation \ maximum weight -
M-9 =>
M-10 =>
M-6 =>
KREPISH v.11 =>
EVROEXCAVATOR-2 V.22 =>
EVROEXCAVATOR v .5
- minimum strength \ maximum separation \ minimal weight

Ruslan.

No idea what this means or how to apply the criteria to a specific scoop.

I wont start a scoop war for water hunting but a back up scoop is as essential as a back up machine and on days when water hunting is not happening because if waves, I love my RTG with like a 3' handle for dry sand and wet sand,,,,,holes are a little larger and sometimes small stuff drops out but is not a big deal and not that often,,,,,but it is NOT a good water scoop,,,,GL HH

I've ordered the M9, my wife still hasen't gone to the bank to deposit the money in Western Union, she should have done it on Monday but keeps saying, I'll do it tomorrow, I can't get a chance to go my self so I'll just have to keep the pressure on till she does it. BTW I do hope I've chosen the right one.

Briman After I saw beach-hogs scoop I was going to steal it!!!!
But I changed my mind at the last minute !! He was way to big and strong for me to
mess with! :laughing::laughing:
I mean the boy has two :shock: so I figured one for me one for him!!:laughing::laughing:
Art Nostrovia !!! :beers:

Cheers !!! That to say I have not had a drink in ages :laughing::laughing::laughing: not a cliche propaganda Russian I am :shock::laughing::laughing::laughing::laughing:

It is easy to use .For example minimum strength , stop there ,go from 1st line to the bottom .
1st strongest/heaviest
2nd less stronger
3rd less stronger
etc.
get it?
Weight increases as strength gets stronger LOL so stronger means heavier as well .

If I had the money and didn't already have a scoop made I would go with the krepish. After seeing it in person and handling it, it is the lightest scoop I have held and it can take the punishment

Which model would you guys recommend for wet sand and in water hunting? Our beaches here are "normal" sand, not that sugar sand they have in some places. It also is not full of clay so it is not hard to dig but it does require a bit of effort as it is packed in some areas. I am leaning toward the M6 or the Krepish.

Another question is which handle angle do you prefer, the 20 degree or the 90 degree?

got it, thanks

Well its on the way and now I need to pick up a handle for it. Where is the best place to get a handle for it. I have a Menards and Homedepot. close by.

I use a fiberglass utility hot stick in mine.

Search hisco post hole digger handles. The look like the best setup that is readily available.

Someone was using bamboo. Would like yo try that as well.

I heat shrink my handles like max. Last thing you want is a fiberglass sliver. Can feel them but can't find them.....

You will love it, the thing is a work of art!

Hope You're right about it being on the way.
Ordered Mine Sunday, Ruslan picked up the money from Western Union and had shipped the scoop by 9:00am Monday, our time.
Tracked it to 3 post offices in Odesa, left there for Kriev. or however its spelled, where all the fighting is going on.
Lost tracking yesterday, before being scanned in Kriev.
Hate to lose the scoop but looking at the news and how many people have died over there, kinda makes it a little less important than it could be.
Those folks are having a bad time.
