Sounds like a plan........ hopefully you can pull another piece of yellow like the last one you just found.
That would be sweet. But I don't want to get greedy. If I don't find another item of value on this trip, it's ok, because that piece is way beyond expectations....

Thanks for the hunt Curt...... and i was happy i could fulfill your low expectations of finding anything. Was that THE worst hunt ever or what? Oh.... but on the bright side i did find that French couples wedding bad and made $40. You may just have to bring a back hoe next year so we can get down to some of the yellow. Thanks again..... and tell Ms Curt sorry she couldnt come..... next year thou.

So ..... how about that update on your hunts..... any gold? Totally different beach today here Curt. Small stuff moving around. BUT..... 5.7 grams of 14K was too. Got a hand full of earrings...one silver. SS and brass ring as well. BUT it was all in the water ...... along with 2 other hunters. One finally aske me what i was digging behind them.

Im going to add....... that ring rang up as a 12-11 on the CTX at approx. 6 inches...... so did one of those pull tabs and a piece of small buckle. Things can change with a little salt water and sand difference.

Thanks to everyone. Got home yesterday after driving 2 days. Tried to hit Myrtle beach on the way home. Weather didn't cooperate, so got back on the highway, and headed North. Didn't get to hunt as much as I had hoped, sinus infection held me down some. At least I got a nice piece of Gold, and spent some good time's with family and friends. Thanks again all.......Curt
I may have come home too soon. I am now feeling the effects of depression/withdrawal from being back in cold, wet, gloomy weather. I am missing those beaches......
