Back out again this morning. Back to a school I've not hunted since 2021. Never found anything there before. Today when we arrived they had began tearing up all the playground equipment and putting the old chip bark into piles. Stuff scattered everywhere, a real mess. My wife said "we can't hunt here, it's all torn up now". My response "Nobody can say we will hurt this place at this point, I'm going in." LOL
Long story short, found some things. And I've included the picture of everything in as-found non-cleaned form. Deepest target was the crusty quarter at 6.5 inches down in hard red clay.
Still meager but again this place has never produced coins at all so this is a positive. 2 kid rings, 2 quarters, 2 dimes, a few pennies. Some beefy stainless steel bolts I may be able to use that are in good shape. And some buttons off pants. One of the rings was jumping around 45-47 on ID.
One day I will get lucky and find real ones worth something. Do believe we are on the proper path and my mindset is correct. Nokta Legend with LG24 and 1.13 software on park M1. Only issues I had was my accupoint pinpointer acting stupid. But eventually it got better.
