Updates Made:
1. M3 multi frequency in PARK mode has been updated to prevent coins from being masked by aluminum foil.

2. Bottle Cap Rejection setting has been added.
When the device is in multi frequency, select the Recovery Speed setting and press the pinpoint button. When you navigate with the right and left buttons, you will see the letters "bC" appear on the right side of the screen. You can adjust the bC value between 1-8 using the + and – buttons. When the bC is 0, it means that it is off.

3. Ground Suppressor setting has been added.
It is used to eliminate false ground signals in tough terrains. To access the setting, select the Recovery Speed setting and press the pinpoint button. When you navigate with the right and left buttons, you will see the letters "GS" appear on the right side of the screen. You can adjust the GS value between 1-8 using the + and – buttons. When the GS is 0, it means that it is off. It is recommended that you leave this setting at off position unless needed.

4. The audio emitted as the Tone Break points are changed while in 60-Tone, has been modified with increased bass.

5. Audio Gain setting has been activated in the Gold Field Mode.

6. Warning tones have been added to the buttons.
The buttons will now emit a warning tone in the following cases:
a) To indicate the minimum and maximum levels of settings.
b) When an inactive setting in a specific mode trying to be activated.

7. The brightness of the Backlight Level 1 has been reduced.

8. Bluetooth Chip Version will now be displayed.
When the Bluetooth headphones are paired with the device and the Bluetooth setting is selected, press and hold the Discrimination button. The Bluetooth chip version will be displayed in the clock section. When the button is released, the clock will be displayed again.

9. While in Automatic Ground Balance, the auto backlight will now be lit until the ground balancing is completed.

10. The loudness of the Volume Level 1 has been reduced in PARK, FIELD and BEACH modes.

11. A new level 9 has been added to the Iron Filter (IF) setting.
There has been no change to the levels 1-8. Level 9 will become handy when trying to discriminate some unwanted mid-conductors such as shotgun cartridges as iron.

12. General improvements have been implemented.

ONCE YOU TEST THE LEGEND 1.10 BETA VERSION, IF YOU COME ACROSS ANY BUGS OR FAULTS, PLEASE REPORT THEM BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO [email protected] BY JANUARY 23, 2023.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY EVALUATE BUG OR FAULT REPORTS AND NO "WISH LISTS" AT THIS POINT SO WE CAN RELEASE THE FINAL VERSION SOONER THAN LATER.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Thanks Dilek, Nokta engineering and Nokta Detectors.

Should be interesting and hopefully FUN too.

just downloaded, and going out in the backyard to fire it up.

Tried the bottle cap M3 tweak and walked around my frozen yard. Prior to going out, the wife told me not to dig in the grass...don't tell her I did...got a decent 45 tone and had to force my trowel thru the frozen top. About 5 inches down, I pulled out a 1941D wheat penny. So, this is the first coin I've found with the new Legend 1.10 beta installed, and found it within 10 minutes of download and install!

PS - Thanks Nokta for the updated software. I'm loving the Legend. Great detector.

Meh...the grass is probably already half dead due to winter, so she probably won't even notice :)

I haven't installed the new update yet, but my Legend has had the test version of the new M3 on it for about the last 4 months. M3's unmasking and separation ability is astounding...and that's not an exaggeration. Suffice to say that after using the new M3 with it's extremely low weighted SMF, it's now the only SMF mode I use for coin shooting.

I installed 1.10 this morning and headed to one of my favorite sites to detect. It had various types of structures on it from the 1830s up to the 1980s. In about an hour using 1.10 and the new M3, I found a clad quarter, 2 Zincolns and a 1936D dime

I also installed the new update on one of my Legends, and did a quick test out in my garden where I have some test bits buried, me being a Gold nugget hunter I buried some flattened out shot gun pellets of various sizes, I buried them rite at the fringe of not being able to hear them, the test I did was with the newly added AG settings in the gold mode with 1.09 there was no AG setting in gold mode so I questioned why they did not add the AG setting to gold mode like they did in park, field, and beach

I went out to my test bed where these BB's are planted and tested the AG in gold mode only, with my legend's with the 1.09 they would not give a peep on these flatend BB's but this was not the case with the 1.10 using the AG settings in gold mode I started out with a AG setting of 2 still could not hear the flattend BB's I increased the AG one setting at a time at 3 I was able to start hearing the BB's but were vary faint moved it to a AG setting of 4 and I could hear them plain an clear that they would have stopped me and told me to dig that nugget

for anyone that is not a nugget hunter shotgun Lead pellets makes great test nuggets because they sound just like a gold bit (Nugget)

Ran around today with the updated Legend software again, and swapped out the standard coil, and tried the 6 inch round coil. Pulled 23 coins out of the semi frozen NYS ground. Used the bottle cap setting at 5, and tried M3, as well as a few other settings. It's cold out, but the Legend is still finding coins in the frozen ground. 118 for the year so far, with 26 found using the 1.10 software update.

Downloaded the Beta 2 version just now and will be taking it out to the local park to experiment some more. Download went smooth again. No problems loading or firing up the detector once updated.
