New guy to the forum and MD group in general. Unwrapped a Garrett Ace 350 this morning for Christmas. I live near Winchester, Va in Frederick County. Always been interested in getting into the hobby and have always liked the Civil War history having lived around the area all my life. Now just to decide where to hunt first.

I just wanted to check in from Rocky Mount.

I used to hunt in NoVa in Stephens City, New Market, and Winchester ... but I have lost touch with the guy that had access to those lands.

I might still have a contact that owns a farm that has produced some bullets from the Battle of Cloyd's Mountain.
