I am looking for a fellow nugget shooter in southern ID and/or eastern OR who would like to crummy up and go find some GOLD!! Have 4X4, camp trailer and Honda CT90 trail bike. I have lots of good info on places to find some nugs!!:detector::mder::wish:

I'm interested, but located in Blackfoot. Travel distance is probably too far. I've got a 4 wheeler, 4x4 pickup, and a small travel trailer.

I have access to a claim outside of Farifield but probably can't get to it until sometime in June (above 7000ft.) I have a Gold Bug 2 and Minelab GP3500 with a lot of coils. Maybe this summer we can get together. Les:detector:

Hey Les, Great minds think alike. I was thinking the Fairfield area would be doable from both directions. I've been up in the Little Lost, and Birch Creek valleys in the last few weeks. On the south-facing slopes, the snow's mostly gone up to 8,000'. Let me know if and when you decide to head up there.

Jimindaho; I am currently waiting on the details from the claim owner, I do know right where it is at but I think he might want a small % of finds but then again maybe not. The issue in getting to the claim is we have to cross a creek that the claim owner says is not crossable until mid June. I also have another claim right by there that we might also be able to hunt. the first claim is a place claim and the second claim is a lode claim. I have a Gold Bug 2 with all three coils and a Minelab GP3500 with 5 coils including the new Camo Elite and a NF Sadie coil good for in the creek! Les

I understand about the creek....lots of snowmelt until mid June. Usually high water peak is the first week of June. I've got a Whites GMT with 2 coils, and a TDI SL with 3. No problem on the claim owner wanting a share, as far as I'm concerned. Same goes with your claim.
