hey all im from centereach long island have really only hunted a park up the block from me and my back yard got $6.00 in clad and a couple of wheat pennies and my first silver necklace chain in my back yard lol. but dien to go to better spots to hopefully find sum cool old coins or other cool things i have a garrett ace 250 anyone live around me? any ideas were to go out here?

Welcome! Born and raised on the Island now in Missouri. Lot's of great places to MD on the south side of the island. There were a lot of beach resort type places, do your research. I know of a few that were there when I was a kid in Suffolk county.
