The funny thing when I was upstate NY in a small college town leaving Walmart, it hit me how easy it was to spot a car in the 70's and 80's when you had a 108 inch whip antenna for a CB!

One of the strangest thing I ever saw when I was a kid was a "Car Boat" drive into the water and out. I told my dad and he called it a "Duck". He was on a Duck storming the beaches. One of the few times he ever talked about WW2. I was just a kid. What did I know?
