Go to user CP, edit options

you should be able to set the time zones there at the bottom of the page.
Not sure about the 24hr setting yet

Yes, found that. I meant to change from M-D-Y format to D-M-Y. Old forum had it.

I believe this is set in the server settings, and isn't optional per user now. I'll check further.

We looked into that Voriax, and it requires a hack. When we feel that the forum is running glitch free, then we'll look into doing some hacks.

Right now we're having an issue with a SQL error when members try to send a PM.
