Can anybody tell me what type of bullets these are?

Found both of these bullets relatively close together about 5~6 inches deep.
Never had a gun, never fired one, never learned about guns. So I'm curious if it's possible to identify what type of bullets these are and if possible what gun(s) they may have been fired from or intended for. Found in Japan.

They're not bullets? I'm equally embarressed and disappointed haha.
But that makes a lot of sense, a few minutes from where I detected is a large pond where people fish.

Thank you. I looked up fishing weights and realized there are some that look just like these, even the small holes on top. At least I've learned now and will be able to distinguish them when I see them.
