Cool finds, looks like a sterling silver watch face plate. Congrats and good luck on the return trips!
Need to get it tested.... My wife thinks so as well & been told in one of the groups in in on facebook the same as well.... Be sweet if that's my first silver with the legend

That watch dial is very cool. But, as a watch guy and someone who is a hobbyist watchmaker, I'm gonna bet that it isn't silver. I may be wrong but I've never seen a sterling silver dial on a watch. The main reason being is that it would tarnish and you'd have to take the watch completely apart to polish it.

My research has come up with at least 1924-1929 Bulova used sterling watch dials on their art deco style watches that ran through the 1930s. Still want to get it tested to find out for sure. Be a sweet 1st silver if it is.

The watch dial I learned with the help of my wife that it's 1920s-1930s Bulova art deco watch dial enamel was over the sterling
