First time out this year hit a local beach near me. You're only allowed to hunt there after Labor Day. So I got off work grab my stuff and headed to the beach. Try the water first but with the AT Pro in salty brackish water not so good. I was chasing way too many's phantom sounds or probably just my lack of experience in water. So I decided to take myself up on the dry sand. Start hitting the usual clad an junk ( sorry I don't take pictures of junk) and finally I pop this little sweet ring 14K it rang a 41,42 on my detector. This is my first real ring and first gold I've ever found. If anyone knows what the mark is next to the 14 K please let me know. I would think it would have to be pretty nice piece of jewelry for a maker to put his mark on it.

Thanks for looking and happy hunting.

Now you know how low white gold can ring up...

Awesome ring there, you should get the stone checked out!

CONGRATS!! That is a beautiful ring! Can't tell what the makers mark is. Welcome to the addiction!

Great ring, congrats on your first!!!

BTW, Could that be a swan??? that would make it a ring made by Swarovski. Known for their crystals, optics, etc. So, it's probably a Swarovski Crystal (Zirconia) inside of it. They make engagement rings that are 14k with Zirconia, that look almost exactly like that one.

Great score!

Yeah I deathly need to go get the stones testing to see if they are real. Anybody have any suggestions on some where to take it. I know I definitely try to stay out of the pawnshops that's for sure.
