I headed out today to a local patch of woods I've hit many times before with good success. As I was walking out to the location I pass over a small bridge at a dam and there is this crazy whirlpool being sucked down to the pipe the pond drains through. I've included a pic but I wish I could figure out how to import my videos into Windows movie maker, I get an error. I got a cool video of the whirlpool as well as a video of one of my silvers for the day, a merc. I ended up getting two mercs for the day, both 1924 and 3 wheats (1917, '18, '19) and a cool monogrammed business card holder. BTW, the raspberries were delicious and you'll understand the name of this thread when you see the last picture.
P.s. I just remembered I also found a 1912 V-nickel which is currently soaking in Worcestershire sauce. I'll take a pic and post it here when it's ready.
Today's thread soundtrack....The Highwaymen, Big River.
