Caught that triple tail on an artificial and light line. See the jig? Took 20 minutes to land it. They have what looks like a steak knife blade in their gill plate. This one laid my finger wide open right after this picture

I see a jig, but I also see a gold ring about to slip off your finger from fish slime. Hell of a season Ice, maybe you could use your ice fishing rod and attach a coil to it and catch some gold while ice fishing?
