Second CRH for KT in November and the silver streak was kept alive by 2 boxes. Boxes 1, 2, and 4 were total duds this week but Box 3 yielded 1 40%er and Box 5 capped off the CRH with an additional 1 40%er. Box 3 did not give up its silver until the last 10 rolls, so KT was getting a bit iffy on the entire 5 boxes, but when that 68 showed up, KT was very relieved and happy! That kept the hunt from being a Royal Dud!
And when the 67 appeared in the 5th box, KT was very surprised because the outer edge of the reverse was totally green corrosion. Very surprised when His Majesty turned it over and the obverse was a 67! The 67 musta been against a totally corroded Ken to get that funk on it. Anyway, a little silver polish and scrubbing with an old soft toothbrush removed all the funk and let the true nature shine through!
Enjoy the pics and best of luck to every1 in the coming weeks! A few MDers may join us here in CRH Land, as the rigors of MDing in the north country get to be a bit too much for all but the most fanatic!
