They received it last Wednesday, shipped it out this Wednesday and it arrived today. A one week turnaround is more than acceptable. I'm very happy with their service. Plus, they put a new screen protector on it (mine didn't ship with one...it fell off when I was in North Carolina and I didn't replace it) I can't wait to get out hunting again. Although the AT Pro was good to me again...I missed the Nox
