Was wondering how many here live vicariously through YouTube & tiktoks videos when not able to get out & swing? I know I have these past couple weeks not being able to get out & enjoy this great hobby.
I don't do TicTok but I live on YouTube videos for detecting. We had a brief time when I could get out myself and hunt, but the ground froze again so I wait. Was wondering how many here live vicariously through YouTube & tiktoks videos when not able to get out & swing? ...... Jealous of all you west coast guys who never get locked inside!
"Lucky Gin" is probably the hottest of the bunch. No offense to the women who hunt and I know they love the hobby. But after about 3 minutes with any of em' , I'm spent. I find myself yelling at them for their blunders.I watch near 0, except for the rare times I get a new machine and am looking for tips. Years ago I went on a run watching alot of them and got bored and jaded quickly, I determined that many if not most were frauds setting up their finds for clicks, and in any case, tough to get much of a rise out of someone else finding something. One guy I recall was a tot lot slayer who rode a bike all over town to detect, he was pretty interesting but kinda frantic, I was finding myself stressed after watching him.
I occasionally watch some of the babes like Nora, even she gets boring after a while, guess I got a short attention span.
Ironically, I grew up in the desert. I've spent almost my whole life in one desert or another. How I eneded up in MT is beyond me but I don't hate it just the weather.Yup. Coastal Valley California : We got it rough. Year round hunting.
If it ever snowed or went below 32* where I'm at, that would be front page news.
