I would guess it is copper. Little thicker than a quarter and looks to only be broken at the bottom of stem and piece beside stem. Thanks. Click to expand... the fact that it has detail on both sides makes me lean away from things like buckles and pins/brooches...no ideas for you though sorry

Good point. Maybe a piece of some sort of trim. Like a planter or something is my best guess.
