Found this old metal comb at a known civil war site. It has the words Trade Mark with some kind of symbol between the words. Can anyone identify this comb and its maker?

Could that symbol be a Harp?
And therefore, may it please the court, could the incipient object be a harmonica with a comb?

US "Trade Mark" registrations didn't really get started until 1880, but earlier ones were used in Europe, so if it is English....?

I found one like that on a 1800s site. The only thing I found there other than 1800s stuff was brass shells and lead bullets.
